We collect the architectural plans, inspection reports, and any other pertinent information you have. Visiting the property helps us evaluate any challenges and also the project’s possibilities.
Proposal
We review the drawings and consult with our subcontractors and suppliers and plan the work to be done. We submit a clear, detailed proposal for your consideration and assist you with any decisions that impact the cost and scheduling. This allows you to keep control of your spending plan and timeline.

Weekly Job Site Planning Meetings
We meet weekly—more when required—to review the week’s work and plan the upcoming tasks. If there are any scope changes or unexpected findings, we discuss them with you and work out common-sense solutions. We keep track of any revisions and document progress in our cloud-based management software.

Closing Out and Warranty
We set up final inspections, complete any punch list items and obtain the Certificate of Occupancy. The warranty period starts then. We turn over final documentation to you and have the pleasure of welcoming you into your amazing home!
